Heritage Construction is owned and managed by Mark Richardson. Mark moved to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon where he graduated with a degree in Economics. After graduation Mark continued to work in the construction industry with the goal of owning his own company one day.

In 1996 that goal was realized with the creation of Heritage Construction.
